"Rob Koch is a highly respected leader in the Australian Men’s Movement. He is a man of
honour and integrity with a gracious and caring attitude. Rob is one of Australia’s foremost fatherhood educators as his ground breaking Pit Stop course shows only too well.

Koch made history in 2004  with the progressive Casey City Council in Melbourne as Australia’s first council-appointed men’s worker. He held that position for four years and made Casey City Council renown for helping men and families. Rob has also worked in the development of exciting Men’s Health initiatives long before the announcement of a National Men’s Health Policy
by the current government.

Rob Koch has a heart to help both men, women and children by
resourcing men as fathers. His work helping families is without parallel in Australia today."

"Rob has a deep understanding of both who he is and of men with whom he seeks to
communicate. His presentations are amusing, informative and 'pack a punch'. He is passionate in his desire to journey with the 'Aussie bloke' helping them become the man,
husband, father they were meant to be."

"Just wanted to thank you for your willingness to help out with the show-of-interest meeting and for a job well done. I've had glowing feedback of the content and the idea that was presented which, to me, is confirmation of the need for a men's health action group here... I don't know
about others but I felt charged/energized as a result of that meeting."

"I first met Rob Koch when I attended a
presentation by him outlining the his brilliant Pit Stop parenting course for Dads. His enthusiasm and commitment to improving the health and well-being of men and, in particular, ensuring that Dads realise just how vital it is to connect with both their sons and daughters, was infectious. As a result of his obvious passion the program was adopted by Kilmany Uniting Care and is being
run successfully throughout Gippsland.

As a man who has been involved in “men’s work” for over 15 years, I endorse and fully support Rob’s vision for a better quality of life for men, through connecting with other men, and in so doing improving both their relationships with their children and their partners. If as an organization you want to be inspired and get to know about some of the innovative ways to get men connected with themselves and enhance their overall quality of life, invite Rob along to show you some of the ways this can be done.“

“Rob proposed, initiated, and grew several of the Dad's groups that I attend with my daughter. Without Rob, I would not have met the many great dads in my local area. He is a visionary when it comes to men's needs."

"Your course has changed and touched our lives in so many positive ways. You have truly shown us the impact of parenting and how rewarding it can be. You have improved the balance in our lifestyle, given us numerous great tips and most importantly, pulled our family closer together. Thankyou doesn't seem enough."

"As a Family Law barrister I first met Rob three years ago when I was representing a male client in a parenting matter. This separated man was one of variety of men who attended the Pit Stop course Rob was facilitating for the City of Casey. It had an invaluable contribution to the outcome of the case. I have since found Rob's programs, initiatives and insight to be of great benefit to men who are separating or experiencing family difficulties, or who simply want to improve their parenting skills.“

"Rob Koch is a high man of integrity and character.  He has been an amazing blessing and contributor to our work with men here in the City of Casey. I highly recommend him.“

"Rob has trained and mentored me in my role as a Pit Stop facilitator.  Through Pit Stop I have had the opportunity to work with Rob and see his ability to connect, engage and support men to make a difference to their lives. Rob's professional success can be attributed to his vast knowledge of issues and his wealth of  personal and professional experiences".

"Rob Koch is one of the most innovative and clever people I have ever had the fortune to both meet and work with. He has a deep understanding of issues effecting ‘real” people and men in particular. Rob has an ability to connect with people  that is both very rare and welcomed. Personally I  would put him in the genius’ category as well as one heck of a nice bloke.
Its my personal and professional belief that every council and government body in Australia should be talking to ROB about men’s Issues and using both his skills and knowledge to improve the health and connections of men in their own communities.“

"Rob has been a leading figure locally in promoting the role of fathers in families. He developed delivered, and trained facilitators in the Pitstop program for fathers. He works with me as one of four facilitators providing a weekly discussion  group for new fathers at the Queen Elizabeth Centre. He has presented at our local forum on father inclusive practice. He has been a continuing source of inspiration to me at a personal level."

"Rob has been a member of the Board of OM Australia for five years and also involved in training of our new recruits that are preparing to go and serve cross culturally. He has a real pastor’s heart and a real passion and a love to see men walking in their manhood;men that really love their wives and their kids and can express their emotions to them;men that are free from a lot of the stereotypes we buy into; men who are better equipped to face the challenges unique to men."

I would highly recommend Rob in any speaking or teaching or mentoring capacity. He is really gifted guy. Very genuine, very humble. What you see is what you truly get."
